Tickd supports integration with a range of other applications, that allow you to receive notifications on activity in Tickd and to automatically update Tickd with the details of changes that have been made to code repositories.

Integrate with Slack
Integration with Slack allows you to receive notifications for changes to Tickd projects, tickets and milestones in Slack as well as, or instead of, the usual email notifications.
Integrate with code repositories
Tickd supports integration with repositories hosted in GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket and Beanstalk. Integration with a code repository allows you to automatically update tickets with changes made to the repository.
Users with Admin access to Tickd can view and edit integrations.
View existing integrations
Integrations can be found in the administration section
You can filter the list of integrations shown, enter all or part of the integration name into the "filter" field at the top right of the page.
To view inactive integrations, click the "Inactive" sectionat the top of the page.
Edit an integration
To update an existing integration, open the integration list page and click on the integration name.
Update the editable configuration settings as required. The settings shown will depend on the integration type. Some values are not editable (e.g. URL). To update these, you will need to delete the integration and create a new one with the required settings.
A success message will be shown to confirm that the update has been saved.
Delete an integration
Deletion of an integration is permanent and irreversible. If you think that you may want to use the integration in the future, consider setting it to Inactive instead.
Note that Slack integrations cannot be deleted in Tickd. To remove the Slack integration, go to your Slack settings on Slack.com and uninstall from there.
Note that the integration will be deleted immediately without clicking "save".
