Fill in a timesheet
To get to your timesheet click "Timesheet" in the left panel of the Dashboard Overview page.
Entries for the current week are shown by default. You can select any other week in your timesheet history on the Timesheet History panel at the right of the page.
To add an entry, expand the section for the current day by clicking the arrow icon at the right of the section (The last day shown on the page is expanded by default). Click "add event" to add entries and complete the required fields.
The "To" and "From" fields are mandatory and you must select at least one value from the dropdown fields.
Existing data can be updated by editing the values directly or delete them using the delete icon.
If there are any issues with the values you have entered, the problem fields will be highlighted and a validation dialogue shown.
If your administrator has provided you with timesheet categories, they will appear as a dropdown to choose from.
Populate today using recent entries
To save time when filling in your timesheet is possible to copy entries that you have already entered for previous days in the week.
To speed things up you can click the "copy from" button shown below the entries for the day (This will only be shown if there are entries which can be copied).
Simply select the entries that you wish to copy by clicking the checkbox at the right of the entry and click "done" to copy the fields.
Required Permissions: Any user can update their own timesheet.
Administrative users can define up to three timesheet categories, which appear as columns in users’ timesheet entries. The values defined for each category appear in the dropdown for the field and can be selected by the user.
Set timesheet categories
Go to your "Admin" link in the menu bar at the top of the page, then choose "Timesheet" from the menu in the left panel.
Enter the names of the required categories in the category fields.
New category values can be added by clicking "add another" for the field and entering the value in the new field. Category values can be deleted. If you delete a category, all data in that field will be lost.
